At Reset we don’t really go in for hierarchy, titles or position. Leadership for us is about carrying responsibility for something you believe in and are passionate about, sharing your skills and experiences for the greater good.

The Reset team consists of Victoria, Mike and Tony. Whilst they work together to decide the direction of Reset – often in consultation with the wider church family – they each carry particular responsibility for different aspects of church life.

Mike oversees all things tech as well as the hospitality side of things. He also takes care of our accounts, feeding back to Elim each month and helping us to stay accountable.

Tony is the man in the know for all compliance matters – health and safety, buildings/fire regs and safeguarding (alongside his wife Jane). Tony also overseas our kids work RESET J.A.M (Jesus and me). 

Victoria is an Elim minister, and is responsible for the oversight of rhythms, teaching and pastoral care. She also takes care of graphic design and social media output.

No one on team takes a wage from the church. Mike and Victoria both work and Tony is recently retired.

Some random facts about the team:

Mike in his youth, was part of a hip hop group called Firstdown where he rapped, produced and DJ’d.

Tony was building project manager of Arsenals Emirates stadium in North London.

Victoria, although she grew up in London, took her first steps on Ramsgate Sands at 11 months old whilst on holiday with her parents.
